The original tweet was about the report. The subsequent tweet was that the Barr report on conclusions does not represent the true outcome of the Mueller report.

Also, this isn't her speculation, this is supposed to be from a "source".

If the report says that the President may be compromised or there's a recommendation for removal based upon his proximity to so many bad actors that's when the real fun begins because it would force action almost immediately from both parties.
