At this point, I'm convinced the conclusions aren't going to sway either side one way or the other, and I don't even expect anything monumental from them. A milquetoast summary of what we already know is what I'm expecting today.

While Dems play the waiting game and Nancy Pelosi once again stresses and emphasizes that impeachment talks are completely off the table until at least 6 months after the Mueller movie's theatrical run has been over and enough Americans have had the opportunity to view the Blu-Ray. She'll remain unnerved that neither a producer, director, studio, writer, or lead actor has even been named yet for the film when questioned by reporters.

What I've been reading from the committee D's making their Sunday morning rounds is that they are committed to carrying on investigation and potential prosecution no matter which side the conclusions land. So they are committing to hold everyone responsible no matter how insignificant the crime appears to be - whether they hold with that is a different story. Also people like Preet are stressing the fact that crimes outside of out right conspiracy have to be prosecuted by other offices outside the SCO. From all of this and Nunes being a whole hoe while making his rounds this morning is, no solid links of conspiracy could be proven but a whole host of criminality was identified.
But again, we have to wait until we see the full report in whatever form it will be presented to the public to know for certain.

We wouldn't know about investigations as they aren't necessarily public. Only thing that could be under seal are indictments and grand jury cases.
I guess the best case scenario and worst case for MAGAotts and Trumptards is that Mueller's report highlights further crimes and individuals that need to be investigated. It splinters the main investigation into multiple inquiries which can be good or bad dependent upon who's hands they fall into.
It's not over by a long shot but the initial narratives and delusions compared to the reality (which isn't even THAT bad) are hilarious. I think that's what the "trolls" are highlighting. People really thought they had their fingers on the pulse because they were reading the right Tweets.
This is America, lower your expectations and wait for action.
