Lieu is asking questions about the Constitution. Says are there any sentences that say, the President kids, campaign manager, etc can't be indicted. Then ended with does it say, the President can't be. Whitaker won't answer, yes or no.
Lieu asked did you communicate or anyone in WH, about SDNY investigations? He said he did not.
Asked about National Emergency, Ted stated crime went down, he agreed. Says all crime is down.
Did he agree with Trump when he tweeted that border crossing was down? Matt says there has been an increase of families coming over.
Raskin is asking him about scamming vets. Prosecuting a gay Dem, asking about his charity? Whitaker is pissed. This exchange is heated here. Raskin asked where the money came from that he was paid as head of the charity? Collins jumped in again. Nadler told him to STFU again. They are all out arguing now.

Continued from Raskin: One donor and he was the one employee, asked who the donor was. He said it was a 503c. Raskin asked him who the actual person was. Not the corp and he says he doesnt know who funded the 503c. Raskin seems to imply it maybe Sheldon Adelson. Goes into talking about online betting. He says DOJ reversed the reading of the interpretation of sports betting and asked if he was involved. He says he was recused. He said he did not talk to anyone about it. Raskin asked him about talking to casino operators who were donating money to him after he failed in his Senate bid, wants to know if he spoke with them because they donated after he already lost. Whitaker still pissed.
