Whitaker says his commentary of the special counsel was based on public info only. Asked is that still his opinion now that he has the intel, he said they will follow the law and facts.
Rep Cohen asked about the convictions and pending indictments, he asked is it a witch hunt. He wouldnt answer if it is a witch hunt.
Asked has he denied fund to SC, he says he has not. Denied him investigating certain people or issues, he says no. He has NOT interfered.

Now they saying that Sessions was listening to people in FBI who loved Yates, Obama. Basically saying Sessions was incompetent because everything went through Rosenstein.
