I don’t find either guy wrong, Cody just went overboard with the caping. There’s a spot for a more traditional style of wrestling just as there is for the flippy shyt that’s become common now, the problem and where I think complaints come from is that it’s kind’ve become synonymous with the modern style of wrestling and there’s not always enough balance.
The flip side argument to that is like, Braun Strowman right now is just as popular as the Young Bucks yet neither acts styles are similar at all, proof that people are willing to watch whatever entertains them. Cody just went in because the YBs are his friends and, more truthfully, they’re his meal ticket and he’s smart to protect that act for as long as it’s hot but Cormier rightly checked him for getting in his feelings over it too

Cody consistently makes an ass of himself on twitter, mostly because he seems to have appointed himself as the gatekeeper of all of pro wrestling and comes off like a fukking loser and mark for himself every single time.

I didn't like the sequence but the match was fire.

It happened at the start of the match and the way i see it is that Page and the Bucks are used to being the more athletic team im these 6 man matches. But this team they're facing now is able to keep up with them. Thats why Bullet Club was visibly mad at the end of the sequence. Kind of set up the rest of the match
