ay I agree with a lot of your points cause I was MAD that Cody ended Solo's streak lol.. so in a way, Solo got him back one last night like "I'm not ready? You not ready!"
And there's the Jey Uso aspect of it all... maybe he beats Roman. Or maybe Cody does beat Roman, I been mentioning Rocky II a lot lately and WM 40 is in Philly.
I don't know where they go with it but I don't think they are out of options, they got plenty of options.
They still have a lot of talent for Roman leftover that will last up to next year's Royal Rumble as well.
Cody can work himself up having good feuds and build up his resume while Roman smashes (
) the guys he has yet to beat like Bobby Lashley, Randy Orton, Seth Rollins, etc...
If they want a good win for Cody, that is how you do it.
You don't put over a guy crying and whining about "it's my destiny because my dad worked in the business". That is nepotism and silver spoon-type of logic and is annoying to see.
