No the "exclusive for the lifetime of the product" deal wasn't struck until a couple weeks before the consoles came out.
Thought you meant the first game before the lifetime annoucement. Yeah.
The initial shyt was the ps4 port coming a year later which Respawn was working on. Then that happened.

This is the same shyt ya'll were saying when Sony first said PS3 will be more successful in the long-term, guess what? It's more successful in the long-term and the PS4 destroyed ya'll in sales after the classics started coming in, TLOU, Infamous, Uncharted, etc.

While you wait two years to play more rehashed sequels, we will be in gaming nirvana with numerous exclusives dropping all year. But i've realized most Sony gamers don't really like to play all that much, so i'm sure your completely fine with having nothing to play for years at a time.
