Ive seen you say the phrase "average priced house" multiple times in this thread.. im curious why do you think 1.4 million dollars is average price ? The average price of a house in California is $600k or so, this is almost 2 1/2 times more expensive than the average house. Its not even in the ball park of a "average priced house", not even close...
