He is already charged without an actual trial? Innocent until proven....by facts and evidence....no real evidence or facts yet.

I would think something chemical/biological/nuclear, or a VERY POWERFUL explosive device
that being said, he did manage to injure 100+ people. nor do I really know what a "charge of a quarter-ounce" represents

1. Terrorized a whole city? Without any proof?
2. OJ paid someone to murder his wife. He used to beat the shyt out of her too. That is still the biggest, most controversial trial in recent memory. Think about that.
