To the bolded:
Or there would be laws determing Paternity Fraud as a crime which is a applicable base for a civil suit to recoup losses from the crime.
.....Well, What do you know, it is!

Ok, now we moving to selective service.
Im kinda confused, are you asking should women be included? Or are you asking should Trans be included?
Like I said I need to know if you're approaching this in a feminist sense or not. I struggle to think of any case where there were any consequences to the Mother at all.

The State doesn't care in a lot of states a Welfare request automatically triggers a search for a father (not necessarily The Father). Which is why parentage is determined by whoever signs the birth certificate.

The women who charged the wrong guy with paternity aren't hardened criminals so if there were any real consequences to her we'd have to assume that would make it less likely for her to file unless she was sure.

They say that up to 30% of Men are not the father of their children but there aren't many studies and no one is pushing for manditory DNA tests. So it kinda depends if you think that this happens at the somewhere near the 30% rate or not.

Now i gotta be a girl cause im using logic, yea aiight.

You not arguing nothing but your raging opinion against facts.
How am I not arguing in good faith if I've only presented why things are the way they are? Im not debating "natural law" wit you cause it's prob not centered in actual science but some strong redpill opinions you got from youtube. I'm also not debating gender roles with you because we African-American (at least i am) and most of you coli nikkas think you from Iran.

Let me give you an example:
My grandmother owned a Juke Joint and My grandfather was the cook. He also had a farm so when he was too tired at night to run the back of their club kitchen he would stay home and make sure the kids ate and went to bed while my grandmother and her brother ran the club. This would happen vice versa in the 1950s. This goes against whatever "standard" gender role ideas I've seen espoused on this site. Because black folk aint never operated like Europeans, we didn't have the choice.

So I'm good.
Well in the example that you presented I guess you can say that since Black women in america had very little say over who they procreated with that in a wierd way this is normal sense we always had tons of single mothers around.

I will say there's a study saying that Black Men are the most involved fathers in america. A feminist read Not Red Pilled youtuber F.D. Signifer talked to Black Men about father hood and they said that they wanted to "break the generational curse""
51% of Black Men (right now) are single and childless Black Men are working to repair the deadbeat daddy image but if Black women are down to have kids rings be damned then it would normalize Black fathers not being around.

Black women can't complain if they are depicted in the media as being perennially single and thirsty. Their kids would know that they didn't even consider having the father around when having them. If the chick in question has a daughter she'll have a hard time telling her why she shouldn't be a teenage mom and if she has a son the dude would probably never throw a punch or a football in his life.

Other kids will defenitely punch him.

I don’t understand how people are mad and irate ITT about this woman’s decision that she chose to make.
It’s her life, her business and she seems to have the resources needed to take care of this child. fukking hell.
She literally chose to broadcast this on a mainstream platform.:gucci:
Are we not suppose to form our opinion and respond to things we read

Neither is having young ignorant parents who weren’t ready for kids, or drug addict parents, or abusive parents, or parents in a shytty relationship who neglect you, or a parent(s) who didn’t want you, or unhealthy parents who die in their 40s/50s, or rich parents who cast you off the nannies and butlers…life ain’t perfect, and imperfect parenting situations happen. No, 46 ain’t optimal but if you have the money and support system in place for them being old ain’t gonna be the most terrible thing that could’ve happened to their parent(s)
Are you telling me? I’m saying this from experience my dad Had me at 40. I’m 28 rn do the math. I’ll standing on this hill. There’s a certain threshold that dynamic brings whether you agree or not. She’s halfway towards 50, money can’t fix all issues

Nor did I say it could, I said old parents are not the worst of suboptimal parenting situations, I did not say it was all roses or the same as a mom who had a kid at 30
