Great post, maybe they will understand it in your context. I been explaining this for 3 pages or so, and people are still argumentative. Cops arent typically just guys with guns, like Ive said over and over, they are trained. They are trained how to shoot, when to shoot, where to shoot, attention to detail, quick analysis, threat detection etc.

But people still want to argue.."If you was in a dark stairwell and you heard a noise, what would you have done?" "If you rolled up on a call about a kid with a gun and a 12 year reached in his waistband what would you have done?"

the same goofy ass dust mites yelling where the tape or i will wait for more facts said the same shyt when the wal mart shooting happened and when that video was released they didnt have anything else to say...watch when this video is released they going to stop commenting or find some small mistake (real or imagined) the kid made that justifies him being killed for having a bb gun...

There was a study...I forget who posted it on here a while back, that said that law enforcement tend to see black children and teens as older then they actually are.

We all know how this shyt plays out.

19 year old Johny Cumbucket from Nowhere, Iowashingtoniaaskabraskasas shoots up 19 people in a crowded theatre or school gymnasium....the public looks at him with concern and sympathy...saying "he was a young boy (even though he's legally an adult) with a troubled mind and didn't mean to harm anybody" (even though he just shot up 19 people who were all innocent unprovoked in a crowded theatre or school gymnasium)

15 year old Deshaun Howard from Chicago, IL is killed by police for flashing his cellphone after being stopped by cops for nothing. Cops said "they reacted out of fear and did what they could" even though he was completely unarmed. The public calls him a "thug" (white america's new code word for N*******) and gang culture and rap music and welfare is blamed even though that has nothing to do with this young black man's fate. The media go through hours of social media account searching to find a picture of him throwing up a peace sign (which will be purposely misconstrued and made into a "gang sign" for the purpose of sensationalizing and tarnishing his reputation) while smoking a blunt. The narrative will later read "he was no saint...he somehow deserved to die..." despite NO evidence proving the contrary being presented in order to absolve the police officer from any sort of wrongdoing or legal ramification.

Cops don't have to be verbally threatened. When a person has a suspicious object and they reach for it cops can shoot. Remember it said the officer thought it was a gun. Do u think he is gonna be like hmm let me see if that's a real gun and he will shoot me first before I take action.

His parents shouldn't have allowed him to have it. It's that's simple! My goodness. What would u have said if the little boy shot someone at the rec center in the eye with his BB gun and permanently blinded them?

Did you read the article? The boy did have a gun. It wasn't like he refused to put his hands up and was reaching for a cell phone. He was at a rec center with a BB gun. The officer told him to put his hand up. He didn't he reached at his waist wear the gun was. You wishing bad on someone is terrible and it shows you have nothing of value to say. If you want to be naive about the situation that's fine. If you think it's fine for a child to be carrying a weapon than fine.

I heard on BBC that the boy removed the orange safety cap on the barrel of the gun. Then again, how would the cop it was BB gun to begin with? Did the boy yell out it was fake or that i was just a bb gun?

This situation is entirely fukked up. That being said, this is almost entirely the parents fault in my eyes. My child will know damn well the risks of living in this society and will hopefully never be foolish enough to reach for a gun with one pointed at him (if that is indeed what happened. )

The cop thought it was a real gun. It looked like a real gun. And a BB gun has the word GUN in it. So what's the issue? The child should not have had it. Now he lost his life which is terribly sad. White people aren't gonna give U a chance to prove you aren't doing something wrong. This is why it's so foolish in the first place to let a child have a weapon like object and one that looked real. What is a parent promoting when they give a child a BB gun? Why let them play with an object like that? BB guns have been known to cause serious damage. And why was it at the rec center? U guys have to realize that these cops will shoot you if you reach for something when they instruct you to put your hands up.
