I don't have an issue with nikkas not being quick to believe the cop's account of what happened....but I do have an issue with nikkas making excuses, in the case of the cop's account turning out to be what actually happened

Cops don't have to be verbally threatened. When a person has a suspicious object and they reach for it cops can shoot. Remember it said the officer thought it was a gun. Do u think he is gonna be like hmm let me see if that's a real gun and he will shoot me first before I take action.

His parents shouldn't have allowed him to have it. It's that's simple! My goodness. What would u have said if the little boy shot someone at the rec center in the eye with his BB gun and permanently blinded them?
