I think the first album had the most impact. They basically put ATL on the map and it was the first time a group from the south had real commercial success that wasn't that Miami bass shyt

They're really not though. They don't get brought up when we talk about It Takes A Nation, Chronic, Illmatic, etc.

plus regarding Mobb vs. Kast, I give the edge to the latter based on discography.

also HOE isn't on the Infamous level, it's on Southernplaya level imo. The Infamous, ATLiens and Aquemini (to a lesser extent personally) on the tier 1 plateau

Favorite OutKast songs? I'd have to say ATLiens, Rosa Parks, and Da Art Of Storytelling (the album version without Slick Rick.) My list will probably change eventually.

As for Andre 3000 and Big Boi, I can't actually decide who I like better because both are incredible rappers.
