only negative about Stankonia for me was the skits werent attached to the tracks like on their previous shyt and they had their own tracks...but that album is fire top to bottom

I actually like that better. I want the option to skip skits if I want to

No it's not. It was a clear drop off in quality from Aquemini.

no drop off in quality in those first 4 albums for me. i can accept someone not liking Speakerboxxx/Love Below but Stankonia is close to my heart

I think the first album had the most impact. They basically put ATL on the map and it was the first time a group from the south had real commercial success that wasn't that Miami bass shyt

I voted no for the last album but when I think about it you could really make a case for that one being a classic too. shyt was mad innovative and had their two biggest hits with Hey Ya and The Way You Move. The only thing that hurt is they weren't together on it more

If I was to be completely objective I could really make the case for Kast being the GOAT group. The thing that bothers about them is that by the time Stankonia came around the chemistry wasn't the same and it was obvious

No GOAT contender album.

ATLiens and Aquemini are on that level, even though personally-speaking, I prefer The Infamous over any Kast album

plus regarding Mobb vs. Kast, I give the edge to the latter based on discography. Skill-wise pretty evenly matched (Kast still got the advantage with TWO top-tier rappers), but discography is in their favour.
