Tried to give some variety on the CMW picks otherwise tbh I could pick 5 from Music to Driveby alone. That album is THE standout to me. Damn near perfect.

Why? Not questioning in that way but curious.

4 high quality albums in a row. Carved out his own lane. Original. Won’t ever be fully appreciated because he did so much work before the Chronic and that era is being written out of the history books.

I could see the argument that he has no classic albums, but I’m feeling generous today.

Agreed except for the last part. No classic albums equals shytty and biased taste in classic hip hop music.

Exactly what I came to say. I actually like Death Threatz most, I can play any track and I’m jammin.

if Death Threatz was condensed slightly it would be a serious contender for his best album, at least 'solo'. Has a ton of heat.
