That game was one of the PS1 goats, that shyt went so hard. I still remember this song:
Brave Fencer Musashi. This was another PS1 classic not many people played. There was a sequel I think for the ps2 but it was some bullshyt sort of like with that bushido stuff.
edit: from below... Zombie Ate My Neighbor me and my cousin use to play this shyt hard, another we played was called Doom Troopers. Sega had a bunch good 2 player games; making me think way back now.

Suikoden if they go back to the Suikoden III style. Suikoden III one of my GOATs during the PS2 genre and gaming in general. I still wish they'd put that on PSN.

This would be crack online. Just need to add more monster types, larger levels, and more playable characters.
The most recent Castlevania game was Lords of Shadow and that wasn't a fighting game. It was alright, but just not up to Castlevania standrds. They still make castlevania games for the DS and 3DS too.
Still can't believe how much they fukked up v3.
This would have to be brought back on the 3DS, otherwise it'd need significant changes to it's gameplay and then it just wouldn't be shining force. It'd at least have to be as good as Advanced Wars or Fire Emblem.
This would be pure unadulterated crack on the Wii U
