I think it was a number of reasons….. first off remember even tho pac was killed by the southside crips ….badboy was using them as muscle on the west so that right there is some guilty by affiliation type shyt ….number 2 cats at deathrow really believed puffy was putting bounty’s on deathrow chains which in suges mind indirectly caused the chain ov a events with travon / Orlando Anderson trying to steal the chain possibly trying to collect which in turn led to what happened in the mgm ….other factors was suge and puffys issues and I think another thing suge was that hateful and spiteful that in his mind he wanted to see badboy suffer some how and that was hitting puffy where it hurt aka killing his biggest star …. And if it was poochie who killed biggie then by all accounts he didn’t give a fukk first off he was basically 1 ov suge top hitters for money n 2 he was just a cold blooded killer by what everyone says about poochie …..

Right... like to me, the actual verses ain't a dis. The verses just seemed like it was Kurupt showing that he could be "lyrical" in the way that most East Coast fans defined lyricism at the time.

I think Pac was jealous of the success BIG and Bad Boy was having. Meanwhile dude was dealing with cases, police shooting in ATL, Haitian jack and them NY dudes etc, then dude shot himself in a botched robbery dude lashed out at BIG who was loyal to him.
