That fukking Uncle Tom has a job for life in the most undemocratic wing of our government. So he is just going to vent his frustrations with black people throughout all of his "decisions" because he couldn't get some black p*ssy back in the day. He is a bought and paid for Uncle Tom and if Thurgood Marshall was alive he would beat this nikka to death with his bare hands over what he has helped do to the Voting Rights Act. fukk Clarence Thomas! bytch ass nikka. :pacspit::pacspit::pacspit:

We went from Thurgood Marshall to this fool on the SCOTUS. I seriously think that he would agree with the Dred Scott and Plessy decisions. That's how deep his c00ning goes :smh:
I remember when he was invited to give the commencement speech at Howard University a few years ago... His appearance was cancelled after protests from black parents, students and faculty.
He wish he showed up, just for the fukkery that would've unsued :ohlawd:

I wasn't there then but I'm happy. I don't want that clown anywhere near my school. He had a nerve to speak out against AA when he would've never got into Yale Law without it. fukk that dude.

The socioeconomic story is different in America. No doubt.

Where I am at. My doctor is black. My lawyer is black. My investor manager is black.

African Americans need to demand equal schooling budgets for our people. Not AA. Give blacks the same resources and they shall achieve the same heights.

Affirmative action is just a wee band aid on a shotgun wound, unless they receive the same education.

Forget AA...this is about the voting rights act...which this c00n helped in gutting. We should resurrect Thurgood Marshall so he can beat Uncle Thomas DOWN!!

I'm just curious as to what you think the consequences of the decision on the voting rights act will be? You nikkas acting like slavery is back, and I'm just interested what your understanding of what has taken place is? :lupe:

Well it's very obvious. For instance look at Texas. They were under this law too but now that that this provision has been taken away, these states can do whatever underhanded shyt they want when it comes to voting hours or whatnot without federal review. It doesn't sound like much but when a state's ruling political party wants to disenfranchise a people, they change voting hours to make it hard for those people to vote. Like limiting voting hours or shyt like that. The reason the law was installed in the first place was for backwards ass cac places like Alabama. Have things changed. Yes, but not nearly enough for them to gut the law like that. So you know they are about to have a field day with this and cut out all extra voting hours or even weekend voting. If you want real life example of this fukkery, look at Florida during the last Presidential election.

Clarence Thomas is scum from pretty much every angle. I knew somebody who knew him back in his college days. Apparently he was a creepy, failed womanizer, self-hating racist, and poor student back then, too.

what's going on? states gonna be able to change voting hrs?

take off from work or vote during lunch break. This ain't horse and buggy when you gotta preplan.

I'm pretty sure most people work 8hr days. I don't see how white people work different hours....they get extra leave or time off?

He opened the door for southern states, counties and districts to make voting difficult for individual people. They can now make their own voting laws (voter IDs, etc) without federal oversight.

I'm interested in YOUR understanding of what has taken place. :lupe:
