just gotta see it like this: even the dialogue is turn basedGame's music is already impressive straight from the beginning.
I have come across one complaint already tho and for this type of game, it's a considerable one. There's no auto-resume for dialogue when talking to NPCs and the like. You have to manually press X for to proceed every line of text. That's really annoying in RPGs these days. There's no option in the settings for it currently either. Not sure why they've not modernized the game enough to have auto play for dialogue, especially considering there's going to be so much of it since it's an RPG. I hope it's not like this for cutscenes and main story beats too.
Agree with both assessments. This music is dramatic as hell.Game's music is already impressive straight from the beginning.

That was depressing...They absolutely know how to make the whole atmosphere heavy. I can see why they do a festival with the flowers. Damn.
Also for those wondering, we do have one breh in the game.Lucien is chill.
Just like a lot of old school RPGs, guess it’s a bummer for people who just want to jump straight to the action.Game's music is already impressive straight from the beginning.

It's not even about wanting straight into the action. It's that if I'm going to just be listening to people talk for some time, I'd rather that convo flow naturally and only want it interrupted if I choose to pause it. Plus it makes it easier to do other things during those times of the games. And it's just really antiquated in gaming at this point for any dialogue heavy games. It’s exciting have a new dev team come on the scene and make a statement. Based on everything stated excited to see where th

40 min in the tracks ive heard so far are godlyThis game has looked fire since the day it first got revealed. Idk why people were sleeping on it.The only thing I’m worried about is if the music is fire. FF, Chrono Cross and Metaphor have spoiled me the last few years.

There's a black character unless you're trollingSomeone should ask the director why they didn’t include any black characters, I’m sure there’s a good reason
Is he playable, I wonder. I definitely seen some in the game, but I've only just started. There's a black character unless you're trolling
Haven't even played but 99.9% sure it has more depth. FF16 has some of the most shallow gear upgrade mechanics I've ever seen.Is this like ff16 in terms of upgrading gear or is there actual substance there? Not a dealbreaker just curious.
