Yea, Jordan/Kobe is waiving off any picks (bc that would be an easy trap for the defense) and is stalking Butler to the 3pt line before 2 hard dribbles and a pull up midrange J (before the double can come). Whole point of the midrange is so you don't have to run into the triple team waiting for you at the rim. Or settle for a long 3.
Lebron is capable but moreso thinks: highest percentage shot is right at the rim and the next highest is an open 3 from the kickout. Well, any defense worth a damn will build a wall at the rim... so that leaves the (semi) open 3. He did the same in 2017 vs GSW. Technically, it's not wrong but i was surprised he did that shyt tonight.
