Rwanda is using the m23 militia in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo

The UAE is backing the RSF to commit atrocities in Sudan through supply lines from Libya, Chad and Central African Republic hidden as UAE “aid”. They’ve also set up field clinics in Chad and South Sudan.
