Biden has former Congressman Tom Perriello as the U.S. Special Envoy to Sudan. He's testified to Congress on the scale of the humanitarian crisis. It's insane.

U.S. Ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas Greenfield has been to Chad at the refugee camps.
