Great post @Get These Nets the queen Ms. Tyson was a true giant.

Carried herself with dignity, elegance, beauty, intelligence all while respecting herself and respected others. Most of all she loved black people, never ran from her blackness, wanted to show black folks in the best of light and was BLACK FIRST before anything else.

I loved Ms. Tyson because of all those things and was sad and even sheed a tear due to her passing.

Knowing great black folks like Ms. Tyson and mr. Aaron passing in the last 7 days is really hard to deal with.

May the queen rest easy....she did a hell of a job on these 96 years on earth. See you in heaven queen...

Yes. She lived a full life. She was working, walking around on her own, fully vibrant and mentally sharp until she passed.
