good question that idk. according to her Wiki, she finished her last year of HS in Spain so i'm at the belief she has some sport of Spanish ethnicity.

Damn just read her Wiki and it's . She went through A LOT before she got into wrestling.

Chyna Will Be a Playable Character in WWE 2K20 Deluxe Edition

It’s been nearly 20 years since Chyna has been featured in a WWE video game, but “The Ninth Wonder of the World” will be returning for WWE 2K20’s Deluxe edition.

As for Chyna, the Deluxe edition of the game “contains a copy of the game with special packaging, a complete set of WWE 2K20 Originals, access to the Accelerator, MyCareer Kickstart, WWE SuperCard limited edition cards, additional digital content offerings including the WWE 2K debut of Chyna as a playable character and more.”
