Christian artist Lecrae expresses his frustration about the movie Sinners being Anti Christian.

It would be helpful if people would refute his specific claims instead of just saying "it's not anti-christian". There are specific instances he talking about and gave examples.

I'm not gonna click his video but one of the things I imagine he might have referenced is when Sammi starts reciting a scripture and Remmick joins him.

The thing about it is the whole movie tells us that faith isn't Sammie's heart, but his father's.

His heart was the guitar/music he refused to give up.

So it bears out that in a climatic moment, it was the guitar that aided him and not the Bible he wasn't grounded in.

Spirituality without faith, has no power.

Just a tinkling sound.
