I went to see this show Friday at the MGM here in Maryland. This is the best standup I have seen, and I have seen many. (yes I saw Dave Chappelle last month in DC). I can urge you that this is a pro black event. Everything you love about Chris Rock but this is as sharp and as funny as he has ever been to me. I give this a 10/10. If you want spoilers on jokes/topics just let me know and I'll put them in a spoiler tag.

Also, if you have been to the show, how did you like it ?

I agree. I saw it at the MGM on Wednesday. Vintage Chris Rock. He went in for a good hour and a half.

I also saw Dave last month. Chris was better in my opinion and I though Dave's show was outstanding.

Yep. I saw Dave and thought he was really good too. Chris was in the zone man. Plenty of :laff:, and a whole bunch of :wow:. Im loving the new no phone bags too. It really has the crowd engaging throughout instead of looking at phones, filming and texting through the show.

i went in atlantic city a few months back.

think i posted in that thread about the show.

you can tell it was early in the tour and that he was basically "work-shopping" parts of the set.

it was great, and my first time seeing chris live, but you could tell he had not hit his stride for the tour yet.

i'm thinking about going when he's in nyc at the end of the year.
