Second half was SUBSTANTIALLY better than the first. Like no comparison. Id give it a 6.5 off of that

about the Chappelle vs Rock debate (I was consciously comparing the two, so I cant say shyt about that), you gotta think about how the two were telling jokes in their primes anyway. Rock wasnt trying to hit you over the head with well thought out comedy, he just gave you relatable stories and then had amazing delivery and word choice. No way to really be that good as an old head bro. Chappelle was always more introspective so his humor was set to age more gracefully
