Yea, movie time.... 5 minutes equal to an hour. It was implied they were there for 3 hours due to them waiting for the engine to dry out.

Nah, I think Brand said she must have somewhere missed on the calculations. They didn't wait for the engines to dry, that's why they shot out the Oxygen

Ya that's what I thought, 7 years equaled 1 hour but I didn't think they were there for long, must of missed something

Brand said something about they either missed calculated or there assumptions of relativity was wrong. I can't remember what she said, but their intial thought of 1 Hour= 7 Years was wrong. They weren't on the planet for long. That's why Coop shot the Oxygen out, to dry the engines. Did everyone miss this?

Also why the black dude even stay, I know he wanted to get some work done. But at best he was gunna be alone for like 3-4 years. :dahell:

Eh. I can tell everyone involved worked really hard to make it epic. Visually it is. The premise is as well. But the devil is in the details. And that's where this movie disappointed me. I think Nolan is smart and he tried really hard to make this both smart & emotional, but this movie had a clinical detached approach to trying to evoke feelings. It just wasn't very fun or engaging for me. It also raised a shytload of questions that made it hard for me to get lost in the story.

Worst part was he ain't accomplish shyt up there, talking about you need to see past the event horizon to understand. :dahell: Just wasted 23 years of your life for that. Actually considering he died right after, maybe he extended his life by 23 years. Another Paradox? :lupe:

Nolan threw the son in the bushes, should just have made Coop a single father :ld:

The resolution between coop and his daughter left me :patrice:

Coop: 'I did it, I came back for you'

Murph: 'I got my own fam now, go play in some other worm hole' :camby:

Coop: :bryan:

Seeing this tonight. When is a good time to take a 10/15 minute break to "get refreshments"? I don't care about the story or characters really and would prefer to leave during any scene with heavy melodrama/crying. I just don't want to miss any visuals.

:pachaha: Yep. I was thinking about that scene specifically on the ride back home. It was borderline comedic how she dismissed him.
