basicallyA nolan stan will probably tell u its goat but its a very flawed film.
Nolan must of called up m. knight shamalan to see how he would end this flick
u dont care about any of these characters, michael cain is terrible in this movie, such a generic perfromance..some bad editing and its pretty rushed. all of the main characters are boring and just there.
people keep saying its one of those movies that sticks with u but i forgot about it an hour later. I was disapointed because i thought it would be great.
they got to a point where it seems like they didn't know how to end the fukking thing
the notion of quantum tunneling has been played around with but there was like 5 ending points and th movie just KEPT moving.
i'm glad I didnt see the Imax version

I blame it on a misunderstanding of the language, but then again, not everyone can have an understanding of physics beyond casual documentaries
You the type of nikka that was a kid and was getting mad at cartoons like the smurfs because the pigmentation of their skin didn't make sense
this is why I can do sci-fi movies.

Being that they're 5th dimensional beings, it would be impossible to view them from a 3rd dimensional eye. I sorta equate it to the monolith in 2001. Where you have 5th dimensional beings that were NOT shown throughout the movie, but through the monolith assisted in the evolution of mindkind (unless the starchild was the 5th dimensional being)
Just because other non-astrophysicists hacks that has a basic 3D understanding of the universe is crying about scientific logic while waiting for the next Star Wars film to come out does NOT validate their geeky whines as legit.
I rather respect someone who IS an expert of this shyt, Neil deGrasse Tyson, cosgining this shyt than those unqualified hacks.

I loved the "spiritual" element Nolan added to this film. Just seeing what he attempted to do with this leaves me speechless and in awe. The one REAL issue that I have with this that sort of relates to what everyone else is saying is
How are "they" supposed to be "us". The movie really dropped the ball in explaining how humans were able to create black holes/wormholes into other worlds.
It's basically taking a cue from 2001 on how humanity WILL evolve and eventually will master and unlock all the mysteries of the universe to the point that we can manipulate it.
I think in that regard, Interstellar achieve what Prometheus was trying to do in discovering "who is our GOD".

Mind you, this is basically the same field just with more experimental physics in it.
