That’s not even what he’s talking about
That's exactly what he's talking about.
He's saying that it's laughable that these politicians will stand up to millionaires and billionaires whilst those same millionaires and billionaires are literally looking down at them from seats that cost more money than people's houses in the convention.
Then goes on to talk about campaign funding records being broken and how much money is involved in politics.
So then what I want to know is, does that then mean he wants workers to get a bigger share of the pie by supporting their right to bargain collectively? Does he want the economy controlled by unions and worker co-ops instead of CEOs making millions of dollars a year while doing a fraction of the work that the staff they "manage" are doing?
Is he going to then say "and that's why we need more candidates who's donations are only through crowds. No corporate donors. People like Jill stein, people like Claudia de la Cruz. They actually represent a socialist perspective that's sorely needed in this country and we're working on getting some interviews with them to get their thoughts on what's going on with labor in America and separate the fact from fiction in some of the speeches we're hearing today at the convention."
Or is this just him saying "these guys are hypocrites! Dont believe what they say!" Over and over again in different ways.
