somebody else said it; buddy has a case of Rasheed Wallace syndrome. talented big that can face people up and drive to the rim but would rather stick to launching terrible perimeter jumpshots

Sheed had a 7-8 year stretch where he would beast on the block offensively....if he had to....But nevertheless, he was always a defensive presence in the paint, even in his early to mid 30s.....

does this sound like a man being deprived of getting the rock in the paint and going to work?:patrice:

sounds like he's perfectly content with being rasheed wallace and jacking up threes the rest of his career

but this is lebron's fault right?:sas2:

He kinda HAS to say that now. His life is on the line. If he says "they need to let me go to work in the paint or low post but Lebron needs that area", he gets shipped.

I'm CTHU though, because even if that was the case, he could still be effective as a jumpshooter from the high-post, like he's always been. This dude is solely playing on the perimeter now, a strictly spot-up shooter. His game has become everything that Wade's game should've evolved into. He's still not getting nearly enough touches for a player of his caliber.

you bringing up something he said 3 years ago....this thread is based off a bosh quote from last month:stopitslime:
It's relavent because it the start of a progression that has got us here.

Like I asked in another thread; Do you really think Spo is like ":damn: GET IN THE PAINT" and Bosh is like :childplease:?

I've watched the Miami Heat, it's the offenses and the way it's precedence on Lebron have a bunch of space to drive. It's not an accident that the Miami Heat have NOBODY to dump it down to, in the paint even once or twice in the game.

The Heats almost lost to Indy (last years) because Bosh was injured and wasn't there to create space with that elbow jumper. Spo relied on Bron just to force the refs to give him every call when Indy clogged the paint. Then, Bosh finally came back.

:ohhh: So this is the tactic...just ignore/disregard what this dude said out of his own mouth to continue putting the blame elsewhere? :laff:

Even if you wanna say Bron and the offense are responsible (Funny how you don't see UD or Birdman or any of the other bigs Bron has played with shooting 3s. Still haven't gotten an explanation for this.) what's the explanation for Bosh giving them nothing on the boards and in terms of interior defense aka the teams most glaring weaknesses? Bron and Spo tellin him not to grab boards or put up a fight against physical post players too? :mjlol:
I can't defend him on defense. But, the offense dictates that he is not in the paint, to create space for those top of the key Lebron isos where he drives or drives and kicks

I've been saying Bosh's game is garbage for years. He only joined the Heat because Melo's dumb ass got greedy. The Heat better not sign him for anything close to the max deal again.
