Choke did meet him he was just dame's camera man
He was hired by dame to follow him around and record him but Jay told him to never record him thats why he dont have footage of him besides performaces
there was a time jay goons broke his jaw because choke recorded beyonce when she came to the studio to hang with jay and jay told him to give him the tape because this was during the time jay and beyonce tried to keep their relationship secret
