We just want to get paid on par for the jobs we do. There are gender differences breh. People who do the same job should have comparable pay.

How'd you jump from job opportunities to this.

You kind of sound like the women in the WNBA and on the Womens National Team for soccer who complain about making less than the men. When I see these arguments making headlines I know women have no real argument about gender pay gap. The men bring in more money and as such get more money.

You get paid in accordance to your value. It's that simple. There's a reason why female models earn tens times more than male models. They bring in more MONEY!! It's economics 101. Serena Williams is the 4th highest paid tennis player EVER why? Because unlike the rest of her competition SHE BRINGS IN MONEY. You'll never hear her complain about "pay gaps" because there are none.

Every time women bring up this argument you can dive a little deeper to see why they might be getting less. Men are simply more likely to put in more hours at the office than women. You can't work 40 hrs while Jim is working 70hrs and be surprised when Jim gets the promotion and more pay.

Don’t really be on public transportation like that, but I would’ve gotten up for her on the plane train here at the ATL airport. I still open and hold doors, and if an elder like that asked me a question that required it, I’d give her a “yes ma’am” response too with my thick southern drawl. That’s just the way I was raised, and I enjoy being that way

Hell, when I drop off my little girl to daycare, I make sure when we’re on the sidewalk, she’s the one furthest from the road, and when I open the door to the place, I open the door for her and let her go in first.

This is fine and all but NO ONE REALLY CARES

Chivalry takes are an online thing only. Women are fine standing up and open their own doors irl

True story..

There was a tornado warning at my job one day and everyone in the building had to gather in one small ass room for safety..

So there's people leaned against the wall, sitting down in a few seats that were there and people on the floor..

A group of ladies were sitting on the floor near the wall close to me and I noticed one was pregnant..

So being the cool ass nikka that I am ( ) I was like oh hell naw


So I walk up to one of the dudes sitting in a seat and was like AYE! its a pregnant girl on the floor over there.. He immediately understood and was like here she can have my chair..

So I roll the chair over to her ...this bytch got up and sat in it didn't even say thank you or look at me she just continued cackling with them chicken heads on the floor

Don't be nice for a thank you, be nice because it's the right thing to do

I had a post on this and no one said anything. I've watched young women mainly sit in handicap and front seats and damn near get into fights with older women and ignore old disabled men. Young nikkas always sit in the back where no one goes and will still usually stand anyway.
