I can find at least 8 posts in this thread of you trying to prove to someone of how you got it like that and how all these men are chasing you, how you ain't never been "canceled" by a man Oh but at the same time you don't do sex and have never been a sexual person.. but somehow you got all these men chasing you huh?

We just want to get paid on par for the jobs we do. There are gender differences breh. People who do the same job should have comparable pay.

Im on the fence about that. Cause at the end of the day, we dont put the same in, no matter what the job description is.


And i came up in a profession where women do get equal pay, (armed forces) and lot of em dont even deserve that shyt. When its time to make moves they sitting in the back waiting for brehs to do the work and heavy lifting, and shamming out of duties. Some brehs do it, but women practically get away with murder on the job. Never had to work directly with them, thanks to the infantry, but i got homies in support who had these exact complaints about their personnel

I want examples of the pay disparity you're talking about for people who are actually doing the SAME job.

She knows what you asked for, and knows she cant give it to you.
There is no evidence that men get paid more for the SAME work and everyone knows it.
The best thing she can argue is that men might start at a higher wage because they are more likely to negotiate a higher salary. But even then, thats a failure on the part of women, not proof of discrimination.

If you could pay women less than men for the same work, men would laid off in historic numbers nationwide to boost company profits. Money trumps everything in this country, and yet we havent seen that happen.

Yeah because all men are great workers. I never a seen a guy who steals from his job or is lazy at all. In every instance men do soooooo much more than women all the time, in every instance and at every job.
