No take away the GM problems and you're left with the COACHING ISSUES-:sas1:

Chip Kelly's coaching failures:

-Fail to adjust in game/during halftimes consistently
-Did not give his team proper rest during the week, making them tired earlier in games
-Running uptempo offense all game long, going 3 & out- leaving the Defense gassed! (They played about 120 mins more than offense this year= 2 full games)
-Predictable scheme with only about 10 base plays
-Believing in scheme over talent- so he didn't adjust to the players skill sets he had
-Cant relate to black players (so he cant get buy in)
-Last of all, ARROGANCE. If you believe you have all the answers then you refuse to take criticism and change.

He will do best in college because the kids HAVE TO LISTEN TO THEM if they want to go pro- He got full buy in at Oregon because he was dealing with college kids, not men, and they didnt want to mess up scholarships.

He could tell them what to eat, when to go to bed, and how to fukk they girl- shyt dont fly with grown men UNLESS you are winning TITLES (why NE players tolerate Belichek) :sas2:

And I CANT overlook his GM career: Looking back- I knew i wasnt crazy- i said then and now it was FLAt STUPID to let go of Desean Jackson, McCoy, Trent Cole, Brandin Boykin, Evan Mathis, etc and not resign Maclin-- and hell even letting go of Vick as backup at the time (though he's done now) - i KNEW Chip was crazy as fucc, and there was a reason all those guys were fan favorites - because they were GOOD!:snoop:

Then you go get Ryan Mathews- the RB you use in fantasy when EVERYONE else is on bye week- and Demarco Murray but no O-LINE to put him behind, and you dont even play the kid. :what:

Out of Desean Jackson, Maclin, and Avant- you keep Cooper :beli:

He ruined my favorite team. Set them back 5-10 years and didnt even get picks for all the talent he traded away. I really fukking hate Chip Kelly brehs. :mjcry::wow:

Belli actually has a good relationship with his players tho....when have u ever heard a player say anything bad about Belli? Dude been coaching in the league for 30 years and not 1 bad word about him its obvious the media Belli is far from the locker room one. Chip Kelly cant go a handful of years without getting a whole crew of players hating him. Thats another reason why all these Bellichick comparisons are asinine

:patrice:

stillnot an excuse- to be fair most teams dont have or ever get the QB they really want--:mjpls:

Right now there's about 6-7 teams with QB's they REALLY want-- the rest just make due :manny:(Ex: Blaine Gabbert, Matt Ryan, Weeden,Carr, Manziel, Osweiler, etc.)

..its part of coaching and adjusting to your QBs skill set, along with scheming to get the ball out your QBs hands:myman:
