China doesn’t want the US putting bases in Taiwan or Hong Kong because both “countries” are less than an hour away from China by air. Explain how this is different than the US not wanting Russia meddling around in the Caribbean or having bases there

The USA took over Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands....we either took by force or killed people in most of these places to gain control....and we let States know what time it is if they ever start talking that secession nonsense. If NBA pulls out they piss China off more, at the end of the day China was always going to let them play the main game (LeBron/Kyrie/AD)..they did their fake threats with g-league teams and off court events. Both sides make good money off this.
