Yea, I don't like the Chinese but nikkas need to be reasonable. DRC has a very bad Black out/electricity problem. This was badly needed decades ago. This would greatly jumpstart the economy and get production moving at a much faster rate. And probably help with road development which is badly needed in the DRC.
