I'm actually brining about 3lbs of chicken breast . But I'm stir frying it with some garlic; herbs/spices; extra virgin () olive oil: bell peppers; broccoli....the works.

Well for one the normal stuff.. salt and sugar...but I decided to go a lil extra:Raw from 5Am to 5PM no red meat after 5PM or dairy products...No food after 8AM..two cheat days a month...

I let them settle in either a zip lock bag or a low baking dish, (depends ) for 30 mins or so.
- thyme;
- lemon peels;
- smashed garlic cloves;
- black pepper;
- bay leaves; and
- onions
and you mean no food after 8 PM right
