You know who rents a mansion?
A movie star while they film a movie.
Keef probably was thinking he'd rent this mansion and live in it forever.
Rent a mansion brehs
perfect example why dude stay losing ,them fools could have pooled their dough & bought something .these fools rather waste thousands of $ & lose everthing
No, it's clear that he got evicted because he didn't pay rent.
Why didn't iovine give Keef PR people?
Well, why would someone like that need PR people? Look what kind of music he makes, even if he had PR people, what could he accomplish.
Cheaper to give him money and allow him to be ignorant, as that's what sales his image.
Stop watching other nikkas pocketsman dude's advance wasn't even 500K. his record didn't sell shyt, and even if he were able to keep that 500K, that is nowhere near enough to cop a crib in those suburbs where he's been renting. and that's assuming he could even qualify for a mortgage for a house (cuz I doubt he's paying cash).
hell, chances are, if they pooled their money to get a crib, they'd fukk it up by not paying the property taxes and get it taken from him regardless
OkAlso another thing while nikkas in this bytch celebrating , you should see the video of how his cac neighbor talking about they was happy to see "them" leave
and that maybe some "nice" residents will take over
Right. Exactly. Can't believe he doesn't have anyone to tell him that's a bad ideaan athlete like ray allen rents a mansion as well since he's at the end of his career and his permanent home ain't in miami. of course he's got 18 years of NBA money justifying his lifestyle at least.
My parents had me when they were chief keefs age and they were living by themselves. Sosa should have listen to 50 or whoever that tries to talk sense to him
walls probably haveon the walls( with real blood)
all split ends from the dreads in the sink....
and then of course..............................................
a gun door handle(a real gun of course)for quick access
Surprisingly, everything was better than expected.
A lot of rich people do rent. The thing about these mansions, is that the property taxes can get up in the 6 figures sometimes. That's why so many athletes, and entertainers go broke - they think "if all else fails, I'll have a house I paid off" without remembering the taxes and upkeep. Then the state comes and is like and then it's foreclosure time.No they don't...they buy and then sit on that property until they can sell it for a decent return or double/triple what they paid for it.
What's the point of renting a house when you can just buy it and sell it? Not to say that a considerable number don't...but what's the point of just renting a mansion especially if you're going to live there with upkeep fees and whatnot? You'll eventually spend more than what it would take to just buy that.

it was way easier to make it.
if you just applied yourself.
now, you could apply yourself, and won't make it online to fill out an application.
