No they don't...they buy and then sit on that property until they can sell it for a decent return or double/triple what they paid for it.

What's the point of renting a house when you can just buy it and sell it? Not to say that a considerable number don't...but what's the point of just renting a mansion especially if you're going to live there with upkeep fees and whatnot? You'll eventually spend more than what it would take to just buy that.

Are you stupid ? Did you not see the housing bubble burst and property values drop a few years ago. Return on your investment is not guaranteed in the housing market. You can easily lose value on your house and end up selling it for less than what you paid for. Why do you think with all their millions they still get mortgages and or rent ?
