Not surprised.

It's not about anything other than this man not having any sort of respect for his property or the people around it to me. I can imagine he was driving ATVs all around his background, having loud parties to the wee hours of the night/morning, the smell of loud lingering from miles away...no person who lives in that type of neighborhood wants that.

Shyt, my parents live in one of those neighborhoods...it's bad enough the white people there don't want black folk there even if they don't display any disrespectful qualities (when my family first moved there in 1993...a couple of our neighbors at the time moved out in the first couple of months, I guess they figured more black people would move in the neighborhood and eventually "bring property values down"...a term used amongst other things to hide their racist sentiments towards black people with money as if those neighborhoods are only entitled to people like them), but doing this upon that will only lead to an eviction notice.

Do these kids have any PR people on their side? I'm suspicious of why Iovine even signed him in the first place without even giving him those resources to his disposal to my knowledge.
No, it's clear that he got evicted because he didn't pay rent.

Why didn't iovine give Keef PR people?

Well, why would someone like that need PR people? Look what kind of music he makes, even if he had PR people, what could he accomplish.

Cheaper to give him money and allow him to be ignorant, as that's what sales his image.

Lmao! You do know I've owned and flipped cribs and had rentals too bro. I'm not 12 hahahahahahahahahaha An eviction isn't good bro. Not at all. Neither is his string of other stupid ass offenses. Keep thinking that being a rapper with 1 hit song is = to longevity.

"nikkas was like fukk paying rent" <- thats the example you want to follow? He still owes that $ dumbass. Thats 30 racks. Think they just gonna be there like "well I guess he didn't feel like paying so ok?

Oh he didn't pay rent...NVM with what I just said.

Thesse rappers are liars mayne. They want people to believe they ballin but they buying/renting cars and jewelry and can't even pay their rent. I figured he'd get enough money to buy that stuff...SMH. Hustlin backwards.

and you're right a PR team on his deck would of accomplished nothing...you can take the boy out the good but can't take the hood out the boy.

Are we acting like a record label cares anything about an artist?

Their investment is to loan you money to make back that amount PLUS. A record deal is structured to take advantage of and exploit the artist. Look at any contract. It isn't a "I like you and your music so let me pay you this amount. Keep the amount and just pay me when you're rich enough to pay me back.

That's like thinking your lawyer is on your side. Giving you all the free knowledge that they went to school to learn, for free. "No I like you guy, let me toil over your case and get you a settlement and you know what I'll take this little percentage if you're cool with it"

In a lot of cases you're a number. Not a name or a person. A number.
