I'm tryna lose weight now. I was 175 in highschool, now I'm 275. At least I'm making effort though, some people aren't doing anything to stop the train wreck. That office life catches you quick.

Don't gotta party to gain weight. As I said before, that office life catches you fast. Hell, anything outside of manual labor will sneak up on you with the quickness. My uncle moves furniture, nearly 40 and still in athletic shape. If you aren't hitting the gym, your calorie intake should be 1800-2400 depending on height. Most folks are easily eating 4000 after dinner, so do the math. Hitting the club, poppin bottles, late night fast food, you gone get got real quick
Both men and women gain weight, black folks do too because of our diets. My goal is to lose 80lbs

I remember early on at my current job talking to our receptionist. She had a cute face but was huge. At one point she put her old prom picture up with her current picture. I saw it and was like "damn who the fukk was that". She told me it was her and my stupid ass was like "what happened?". The level of hurt in her eyes as she started explaining how she took some medicine that caused her to gain weight and how gaining weight drove her into a depression that lead to her eating crazy and gaining even more weight. I don't know how her husband does it. He'd be at the gym 5-6 times a week busting his ass to maintain a physique while she sits on her ass all day just gaining weight. This was before kids. Now that she had kids she's definitely a lost cause.
