I'm sorry, but unless a chick has some kind of illness/severe depression, letting herself go like that is grounds for a breakup. There's no fukking excuse for that shyt otherwise.

But for married women, running a household... shyt's tough. Once the kids get older, and get off to college and/or out the house, then it's easier to get back on the workout grind.
Three things niccas should consider:
1. If your girl, wife is fat you should encourage her to get fit. Go workout with her. While in her presence, don't eat bad foods.
2. Free up some time for your girl/wife to get her workout on...you take care of the kids, nicca. You clean the house, buy the groceries, cook the meal and run the errands...And do it consistently at least at a certain point in the day, so that woman can go workout.
3. And if y'all would move out ya moms house and she didn't have to take care of y'all, then she could enhance her fitness, too.
