There's a difference between skinny & naturally slim.
This thread right is one of the reasons I've always preferred those naturally slim women. That's basically their body type & they simply maintain it regardless of what they eat. Naturally slim women always appear healthy because again, that's how they are built (as opposed to skinny women who have a sickly look about them). They aren't trying to be slim, it's just what they are. Plus my preference is black women & you already know they aren't trying to be in the gym.
Then you have skinny women. A lot of these women grew up skinny just due to being physically active. Once you get that full time job & have those same eating habits, your are gonna put on some weight. I understand this so I don't judge, but if you aren't trying to address the problem then that's on you. I'd say around your 20s you should have an understanding of your body. You have some women who lose the weight & then have a sick look to them because they don't look right skinny either.
