You guys are cool, like I stated earlier I don't knock McDonalds at all. It's a different genre when you cross the border. It's just that in America we have some super lax ass regulations, but people abroad probably pay a lil bit higher prices than we do...

But that's all I really ask of fast food giants. Raise their prices and do what's right for human consumption, instead of cutting corners for competitive edges.

You are very permissive and you seem to think about money before health with is a shame kinda. In France, we like to use the precautionary principle and even if it holds us back (money, technology or science-wise), I think it's for the better. But more and more people (mostly entrepreneurs) tend to spit on that principle arguing that it slows us down too much comparing to BRICs or others newcoming countries. I can't even blame them because the world is a huge competition and we are definitely losing on plenty of matters

Too bad the ideal american diet which is being market consist overly sugared cereals, high sodium chips, pizza loaded with saturated fat, binge drinking, and heartburn pills to fix everything ( )

you weren't doing it right breh...

I haven't touched body building supplements in a couple years. And I'm still a lot better shape than 99% of people who do . I don't fukk wit fast food either. I'm not a vegan or vegetarian but I do consume meat 2-3 times a week.

I couldn't do it...I'm already on the thin side and don't have much muscle mass to begin with, last thing I need is to be protein-deficient.

Damn to the people on here who are all about that vegan thug life....I tried living that mean green lean lifestyle last year....shyte lasted for like 3 days before the carnivore in me erupted! Also noticed depleted strength levels & lack of focus in the gym! Maybe its coz I power lift / strength train so I'm all about that Neanderthal diet... In the end I went on a meat massacre on the back of that natural protein hiatus...it felt On some King of the jungle empowerment!

Seriously learning new kitchen skills does a world of wonders for your well being...I haven't had a McDonald's (or any other Fast food trans fat feasts) in like 14 months! Also I never knew this junk food situation was ever so prevalent in America! Guess it kinda explains that morbidly obese rate that keeps on getting out of hand
