So much advice in this thread already. But I'll say the one thing no one else has said. You're going to college to learn. Make sure that is your #1 priority. Everything else is secondary. If you're on a scholarship you likely need to do well to maintain it. If you aren't on a scholarship then you are likely taking out loans or having your parents pay for you to attend. This is a critical point in your life. Take risks and take chances. Push your comfort zone. Make mistakes and learn from them. Develop a passion for something. Find a purpose that is worth following through inspite setbacks and you'll realize how amazing and fruitful life can become.

Only when you do that, will Women start to make sense. People giving you advice about this girl in particular, while well meaning, are ultimately leading you down a wrong path. The problem isn't that you hang out with or that you haven't been aggressive. Those things are symptoms, not causes. The problem you have is that you have no purpose in life and thus you place no value on your time. Or, and even more problematic, your chief purpose is to have sex. That is a sure fire way to not have sex because it makes you unattractive and desperate. Women want Men, you who they have to compete for. Whether it be with or another girl or with a passion. If you just give away your attention it will make her not want you.

Some Men realize what I said above, and decide to fake it. They purposefully respond slowly to texts, they "neg" girls and all in all they put on a facade of what they think Women want. While this could work, it is much better to just go all the way and do it naturally. Develop a purpose and make accomplishing it the most important thing in your life. This current Woman is already lost. If you really want her, talk to another girl in her presence and it will inspire a sense of competition in her. But on a fundamental level, she does not have respect for you sexually. So the above is only a band-aid rather than a cure. Going forward, stop investing time and energy in this girl and focus on your dreams and passions. That way when the next girl comes along, you won't be putty in her hands.

Dating for Women boils down to competing for a Man's time and attention. If you give it too easily, they lose sexual attraction to you. If you don't give it at all, they'll think you're not interested and move on. The key then, is to utilize your ability to selectively give attention as a way of rewarding Women who's behavior you approve of. This is how you eliminate bad behavior with Women. Do not argue with a Woman. It will never work. Just focus your attention elsewhere. For a Woman, attention is the outward manifestation of love. Because in this case it is false. You were talking about what this broad is probably thinking she doesn't want to be a hoe and blah blah. If a chick wants to wait to have sex with a guy, she is not going to send him nudes.
