I'm not going to blindly believe a tweet, but the fact that you have family saying they know the shooter yet no name or photos get released got me believing there is a lot going on with this story behind the scenes.

Makes sense. In one of the articles the mother of the victim (or another relative) said something to the effect of saying that this wasn't necessary; if there was a beef or a problem, she would've straightened it out.
