If we counting everything south of Central Park as downtown NYC, then NYC hands down.

I love watching these types of videos on youtube. Anyway, I've been to NY multiple times. I've only been to Chicago once, and driving in towards the city at night was a really cool sight to see. NY is overrated in my opinion, so I'll say Chicago.
