He lost his job because of the teachers union and Chicago Public Schools officials and it’s just not cacs either.

In a school disciplining children in a masculine way and challenging and removing ineffective teachers ruffles feathers and leads to paper trail that gets principals like this man fired.

It has nothing to do with not wanting to see black children succeed it actually has nothing to do with kids at all.
You really dont know wtf you are talking about....

You Said....
"It has nothing to do with not wanting to see black children succeed"

I said "you dont wtf you are talking about". You dont.... And its clear.

And yes nikka I read the article and watch the video.
I was referring to children being in the crossfire of bureaucratic processes.

The video I was referring to is this one that outlines the shoddy allegations against him.

A white and gay staff member claiming discrimination, a CPS higher up trying to pack dude up to practice nepotism for a 6 figure position that type of shyt that has nothing to do with his performance or the success of children which is what I meant.

I agree that an effective, caring principal being removed over bull shyt allegations shows they don’t care for the success of black children. The interests of teachers unions go before students and the whole shyt is just too self serving.

I was inclined to agree with you until the last line. I am not going to attack your character as some may, only going to ask you to take a hard look at every single defining moment in black history in regards to advancement in this country.

I agree with you what I’m stating is the reality of how these situations play out and how kids end up suffering from it.

Some gay teacher reporting discrimination against this principal has nothing to do with the children or his ability as principal but it can get him axed and ultimately the kids pay the price.

In general being that principal that wants to make a change comes with a lot of shyt. If you try to discipline a child in a masculine way you can be outed because the school codes and guidelines and the socioemotional learning theories that get pushed in education do not allow for that. If you try to remove an ineffective teacher they can refer to the teacher’s contract and claim discrimination, abuse, violation and put you in the hot seat. That’s what I’m talking about the hurdles that black principals that actually want to make a difference face. The reason the system is broken because of corruption, bureaucracy, racism, ideologues, and self-serving adults.

@Imback has a thread in higher learning about this it petty good
Progressive educational "turnaround" policies actually lead to a REDUCTION of black teachers for black children in major cities. :francis: Even though most research shows black children have higher outcomes with black teachers.

Link: Black teachers in CPS declined from 40% in 2000 to 20% now

"Vilson pointed to a recent study as an example of how teachers of color are penalized: Researchers analyzed more than 5,500 teacher evaluations in Chicago and found that the race gap was largely a reflection of “differences in the school and classroom settings in which teachers teach, rather than real differences in teacher performance.” Black teachers were therefore “disproportionately (and incorrectly) targeted for remediation and dismissal, relative to their White peers,” the researchers concluded."

Progressive evaluation standards have led to the largest decrease in black teachers nationwide since Brown v Board of education.

Link: What Explains the Race Gap in Teacher Performance Ratings?

"Racial disproportionality in teacher ratings, and the potential labor market consequences for minority teachers, is particularly concerning in light of both the widening demographic and racial gap between teachers and their students and evidence that minority students realize both short- and long-term benefits to their educational experiences when exposed to minority teachers"

This is the America @Godless Socialist CEO envisions. Progressives taking over our schools and firing our black teachers.
