Yeah the cops say he had a gun and threaten them with it. Lawyer for the family says he has seen the video and he was unarmed and running away. We'll see if the tape gets released

According to Laquan's Estate lawyer, the $5M was put in a trust fund for his little sister. so his mother is not seeing a red cent. Also, his uncle was in the process of getting custody after grandma passed.

I know a cat, who lost an arm in an electrical accident as a child. he got a 7 figure settlement. this happened in the 80's. he killed himself in 2002 being on drugs. luckily his money was in a trust and he was not able to access it all. it got his fam a house in the suburbs and he got a check every month. he had a kid when he was like 21, and after he killed himself, his family lost the house cuz dude was dead. and they gave the house to his baby momma to live in and raise dude son. she still lives there to this day and hasn't worked a job in like 15 years cuz she been living off dude's settlement. thank god the bank put the money in a trust fund or that kids pops (the dude I knew) or his baby momma would have blown thru ALL that money.

I'm pretty sure the police have murdered more and blamed it on "black on black crime"

After reading about those hicks in Alabama, I wouldn't put it past them.

Oh no, the media is trying to stir up a race war! :skip:

Someone who knows about this told me this:

According to their rules, the police did have right to shoot him in this situation, but they're only allowed 2-3 shots in the arms and legs, not to kill them.

That guy shot him 16? times and killed him. They weren't going to charge him with anything, but according to their rules, he was supposed to get charged with man slaughter and get 8-12 years. The only reason why they are charging him with 1st degree murder is because of the public's reaction.

They are supposed to aim for places that won't kill the person, it's in their rules.

I'm more likely to believe the person who told me than you. You don't work for/with them, so you wouldn't know their rules.

You don't got to get defensive but cops aim center mass. Cook County would still have that cop employed if not for the judge releasing that tape :comeon:, believe what u want though:manny:
